What a treat! Les Cepages is owned and operated by Chef Salvador Luna. After extensive studies including the Culinary Institute of America and living and working in France at Michelin star quality restaurants, Chef Sal brought home his passion for food and the preparation of fine French food in particular. This rather small and intimate restaurant (with a European feel) serves big flavors in all it's dishes! The Roasted Spring Rack of Lamb is but one of the stars on the menu. An intimate and quaint atmosphere, personal attention of the chef and fine selection of wines, are a few of the delights waiting for you here. Delicious! One of the most frequent comments is how "authentically French", by people who have been to France and know! Reservations are a good idea.
